Principal's Welcome
Appin Park Primary School is a small school in Wangaratta that has proudly supported the local community for over 40 years. We provide a strong sense of community for students, staff, and families, a place where everyone is welcome.
Our school features wide open spaces, including an oval, play equipment, and a recently completed sports court, all surrounded by beautiful gum trees that provide plenty of shade and a natural environment for students to explore.
Appin Park Primary School offers all students a safe, calm, and friendly environment for learning and play. Our school values - Be Brave, Be Kind, Be Curious - encourage all students to thrive and become the best version of themselves throughout their primary school journey.
Our team of passionate educators and student support staff create inviting classroom environments with a strong focus on English, Mathematics, and Emotional Literacy (EQ), while our specialist teachers provide learning in The Arts, STEM, Library, Physical Education, and Italian.
Students leave Appin Park Primary School at the end of Year Six equipped with the knowledge and strategies to be problem solvers, risk-takers, inclusive and respectful individuals, proud of who they are and what they have achieved.
